South Carolina Lemon Laws cover "Passenger motor vehicles including cars, vans, and small trucks."

Manufacturers are entitled to 3 repair attempts or 30 calendar days out of service before it qualifies under South Carolina Law as a Lemon.

Cars are covered under the South Carolina  Lemon Law for 1 year or 12,000 miles.
